I’m Katja, a licensed clinical psychologist with broad international experience from Sweden, Germany, and Hong Kong. My background spans adult psychiatry, primary care, and neuropsychiatric assessments, and I specialize in stress, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, autism, and personality disorders.

I work with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Regulation Therapy (ERT), always tailoring treatment to the individual’s needs. In addition to therapy, I conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychiatric assessments and provide professional supervision to healthcare providers and others who work closely with people, supporting them in strengthening their skills, building resilience, and navigating challenges.

Having lived and worked abroad myself, I understand both the opportunities and the difficulties that come with being an expat. I often support clients who live internationally or have recently relocated, helping them adapt to change, cope with transitions, and find stability in new environments.

I am fluent in Swedish, English, and German, and offer therapy and assessments in all three languages. Sessions are available online or in person at my clinic in Vasastan.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges openly, while feeling supported and empowered to gain insight about themselves and develop sustainable strategies for their well-being.
