About me
Welcome!
I’m Katja, a licensed clinical psychologist with broad international experience in adult psychiatry and primary care, having worked in Sweden, Germany, and Hong Kong. I specialize in stress, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, and conduct in-depth neuropsychiatric and personality assessments. I also provide professional supervision, supporting others in strengthening their professional skills.
Fluent in Swedish, English, and German, I offer psychological assessments and therapy in all three languages. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and tailored to each individual, drawing from methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Regulation Therapy (ERT).
I work with private clients and organizations, offering flexible sessions either online or in person at my clinic in Vasastan. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering space where clients can explore challenges and build sustainable strategies for well-being.
I'm deeply passionate about human behavior and what drives it. This passion fuels my work in both clinical psychology and leadership development. In addition to my private practice, I serve as Chief Psychologist Officer at PokaMind, where we combine AI and behavioral science to personalize and simplify leadership development. Our platform integrates coaching into daily workflows, helping managers grow with greater confidence, insight, and adaptability.
